Pet records, ready when someone asks

Proof of rabies, sent before they finish asking.

A leasing office wants the certificate. The kennel wants it by Friday. Pawket keeps every pet’s paperwork in one place and turns it into a link you can send in seconds, instead of a PDF you dig out of a 2021 email.

No app for them to download · Links expire on their own · You choose what’s shared

What the leasing office sees: Aurora, Buddy and Henry, each with a current rabies status.Pawket's home screen: Capture Paperwork, a document waiting To Sort, this year's total spend, and Aurora, Buddy and Henry's status cards.

How It Works

From the vet’s counter to the front desk

Most pet apps are built for looking at your own records. Pawket is built for the moment somebody else needs them.

01 · Capture

Snap it before it disappears into a bag

Vets still hand over paper. Photograph it in the ten seconds between paying and leaving, one tap, nothing to fill in at the desk. Sort it onto the right pet later, from the sofa.

  • Multi-page documents in one go
  • An inbox for anything not sorted yet
The To Sort inbox showing a photographed grooming receipt and a “Whose Paperwork Is This?” picker for Aurora, Buddy or Henry.

02 · Know

See what's expired, by name

Not a colored dot. “Bordetella expires in 15 days” or “Chip Registry: Missing.” A pet with nothing recorded is flagged as missing, never shown as fine, so you find the gap before the kennel does.

  • Rabies status on every pet's card
  • Vaccinations, license and prevention in one view
Henry's overview page: Rabies Current, Chip Registry Missing, Weight and Vet tiles, and a banner reading “Bordetella expires in 15 days (Oct 1, 2026).”

03 · Share

Send exactly what they asked for, and nothing else

Pick who's asking: leasing office, boarder, groomer or new vet. One tap sets the link up for them. The microchip number and medical details stay off unless you turn them on for that link.

  • Presets for the people who ask most
  • Certificates only, never your vet invoices
The share sheet for Henry's record: who's-asking presets, an expiration length, and toggles for microchip/license/rabies-tag numbers, medical details and contact details, all unchecked.

04 · Hand off

They open a link, not an app

No account, no download, no password to pass along. Rabies comes first, because that's what they asked for. Every pet fits on one link, with your contact card if you include it.

  • Opens on a phone or the front-desk computer
  • Rabies status first, for every pet
The recipient's view of a three-dog share link: Aurora, Buddy and Henry each showing a current rabies status, followed by the owner's contact card.

05 · Stay in control

A QR code at the desk, a PDF for the file

Hold up your phone and let them scan it, or download a PDF for the office that insists on one. The link expires on its own, and you can turn it off early the moment you're done.

  • Turn any link off anytime
  • Expiration you choose, seven days by default
A share link ready to hand over: the web address, a QR code and a Download PDF button, with the date it expires.

Made for the People Who Ask

One record, shaped for whoever’s at the desk

  • Leasing offices

Vaccinations, prevention and certificates. The microchip and medical details stay off.

  • Boarders and sitters

Vaccinations plus feeding, allergies, medications, the microchip and your number.

  • Groomers

Current vaccinations and flea and tick prevention, and nothing medical.

  • A new vet

Everything a link can carry: vaccinations, medical details, test results and the clinic.

Everything in One Place

The whole record, not just the rabies certificate

  • Reads the paperwork for you

Vaccines, dates, medications and totals are pulled off the page and shown to you before anything saves.

  • Tracks what they cost

Vet bills, grooming and food add up to a running total for the year, per pet.

  • Keeps the care details

Allergies, medications, conditions, diet and notes, with the vet's number beside them.

  • Holds the numbers you never remember

Microchip, rabies tag and city license, on the record instead of on a tag you have to go read.

  • Built for more than one pet

Each pet gets their own color, card and record. Share one, or all of them together.

  • Private by default

Your records sit behind your sign-in. Share links are unguessable and never indexed by search engines.

Henry's Costs tab: the year's total so far and each expense listed by date.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Pawket available now?

Not yet. It's in private use by one household while the hard parts get proven. Join the waitlist and you'll get one email when it opens.

Does the person I send it to need an account?

No. They open a link in any browser, on a phone or a front-desk computer. There's nothing to download and nothing to sign up for.

What can they see?

Only what that link includes. Pick who's asking and Pawket starts from what they usually need. The microchip number, medical details and your contact card are off until you turn them on, and vet invoices are never shared.

How long does a link last?

Seven days unless you choose a different length. You can turn it off at any time before then, and it stops working immediately.

What if it reads my paperwork wrong?

Nothing saves until you've looked it over and confirmed it. Pawket never fills in a date that isn't printed on the document. A wrong date is worse than a blank one, because a wrong date looks trustworthy.

Will it remind me when vaccines are due?

No, on purpose. Your vet already sends those reminders from their own records. Pawket shows what's expired or missing whenever you open it, and puts its effort into the part that's actually hard: getting the proof to the person asking.
